What is Catalyst?

Menahga Staff use the Catalyst Approach to focus on the empowerment of students to view themselves as leaders with a responsibility to learn and grow while purposefully contributing to a culture where everyone is a catalyst to developing relationships and disrupting inequity.

What is PBIS?

Menahga Staff also focuses on setting expectations based on the PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports) framework for creating safe, positive, equitable schools, where every student can feel valued, connected to the school community and supported by caring adults.

We are committed to making sure your child is not only learning but also feeling valued and inspired to be their very best.

We know that strong partnerships between school and home are key to student success. Your involvement, encouragement, and communication make all the difference. Whether it’s helping with homework, attending school events, or simply talking to your child about their day, your engagement helps us create a strong, connected school community!
